I am also the developer of our proprietary home marketing system. 174 people like this. this is the worst rental company I have ever been with I moved in it took them nine months to send me my first water bill after receiving it we determine that something was wrong as my bills first three months was ranging anywhere over $500 which is not right we found out that it was the toilet they had it fixed they advised that they would prorate my bill for the inconvenience because they hadn't sent me a bill if they would have I would have noticed there was an issue and then it took them months to get it fixed now that they did not want to follow through with what they advised prorating the bill since it was their fault their toilet they didn't send the bill in the first place I decided to move out now they are going back saying they had never advised this door trying to hit me with over $2,000 and late fees and water bills because they never had sent bells this is the worst company ever every time I tried to reach out to them for any type of answers all I get is attitude and short responses and it takes them days to respond if not weeks after me calling multiple times and sending messages I would not refer this company to anybody I am actually going to think about taking them to small claims court due to all of the issues and getting nowhere with them they're also trying to hit me with charges when I'm moving out when the place is cleaner when I left them when I moved in and I have videos of me moving in and when I left to show it this place is awful. 9560 Montgomery Road.
